Newborn Sessions
The first few days after your little one arrives are an incredibly special time for your family. Between celebrating your new addition, adjusting to life with a new family member, and soaking in his or her kissable features...it can feel like you’re in a dreamy haze. In everything we do during your newborn shoot, your peace of mind and baby’s safety is our first priority- from our clean studio and setups to careful handling, posing, and spotting we’ve thought of everything to make sure your experience is comfortable and joyful.
*All newborn sessions are done at my studio, in Rocky Hill, CT – Hartford Area.
After the session clients will be presented with the images from their session during a personal ordering appointment to make your selection and purchase your fine art products.

Session Fees are due at booking to secure your photo session.
-Up to 3 hours session
- Use of newborn props and accessories
- makeup artistry for mom.
- Photographer’s time at your session
- Planning & design consultation to discuss your session hopes and dreams

- Design and ordering session to choose your final products

Q: WHEN SHOULD NEWBORN PHOTOS BE TAKEN?
A: Newborn photography is best during the first 3 weeks of your baby’s life.
We think the sweet spot is days 12-15 and we’ll do our best to schedule your session then if possible.
Q: WHEN IS THE BEST TIME TO BOOK NEWBORN PHOTOS?
A: We book most of our clients’ sessions ahead of time, although we don’t schedule the actual date of your session until your baby arrives. Once you’ve booked your session, we’ll mark our calendar with your due date and then you’ll just need to let us know when you’re in labor or when the baby arrives.

A: As part of your portrait experience with us, you will be guided throughout every step of the way as we'll help you prepare your family to be photo-ready.
Q: WHAT SHOULD I BRING TO A NEWBORN SESSION?
A: We provide everything for your session, from props to newborn accessories.
Q: HOW DO I PREPARE MY NEWBORN FOR NEWBORN PICTURES?
A: Before your session, you will receive a "Newborn Prep Guide" with simple instructions on how to prepare your baby.
